Each day we manage big and small projects without even realizing it. Getting to the Nebraska FBLA Leadership Conference has been a project.

When you're working with others on a project team, it can be a challenge. In this session, you'll learn about the essentials of Emotional Intelligence in Project Management. Monitoring how you respond and react to other people on your project team will enable you to get more work done.
